A community passion upgraded by locals
Thirty local contractors and suppliers were used during the Boisdale Recreation Reserve upgrade, helping to increase sports participation rates within the community, including among female football and netball players of the Boisdale-Briagolong Football Netball Club.
The works encompassed demolition and replacement of the existing change-rooms with new home and umpire change rooms, an upgrade to oval lighting, an upgrade of mains power, and a retrofit of the existing home change rooms to become visitor facilities.
