The Gippsland Regional Agrifood Employment Program, implemented by GROW Gippsland partner Food & Fibre Gippsland, has placed 130 people in agribusiness-related employment, with 88 achieving steady employment.

Both employers and potential employees are supported through this program, with assistance in work-force capability planning and building for employers and placements, training and mentoring for employees.

The positive outcomes from this program are numerous; work readiness is improved, sustainable employment is created and the community benefits.
