Why did you choose to be a part of GROW Gippsland?
We are a very proud born and bred Gippsland business that prides ourselves on employing locally and using local providers to help support our local community.

What are you doing to support local business?
We strive to buy the majority of our goods and services through local business to keep jobs and businesses in Gippsland

Why do you think it’s important to employ locally?
To keep our community thriving, it is the responsibility of businesses to grow the local economy. We are a large employer of local young people in our traineeship program, which provides an opportunity for alternative pathways into further education and experience after Year 12. We are currently the largest employer of Certificate 3 in Business trainees in Gippsland. We do this with the support of Chisholm Institute in South Gippsland to ensure we also use Gippsland based providers for this service.

Tell us about a time that you were proud to be a part of your business/organisation:
We are a very proud Gippsland organisation that was founded by our CEO Paul Hill, a local boy from Traralgon College. We are very proud to have been able to access State revenue funding in the last year for all of our new employees which has enabled us to open our training academy in Traralgon. This conference and training facility enable us to offer the best post graduate training for physiotherapists in the country in first class facilities. It has also given us the opportunity to employ another young local person to administer this building which is now available to hire for other local businesses, this is a facility that Traralgon businesses have not have access to hire in the past.
