The journey of inclusive employment

GROW Gippsland recently held our first Employer Working Group at the Latrobe Valley Authority with guests from the water, mining, energy, community, government, disability and health sectors discussing the commitment of inclusive employment.
The group discussed the journey of implementing inclusive employment practices into a workplace, sharing stories and tips for this process before hearing from Michael Crane from Gippsland Water.
Michael stepped the group through Hayden’s (pictured) on-boarding, including the before, during and after of recruiting their newest employee.
