Three GROW Gippsland Compact Signatories; Latrobe Valley Authority, Ladder and Latrobe City Council provided Lesley with a traineeship over the past 12 months, resulting in her gaining employment.

This initiative provides workplace experience and helps young people achieve their job goals.
