GFPM provide professional trades and maintenance services to other local businesses & organisations to ensure their facilities are compliant and presented to the highest standard.
Why did you choose to be a part of GROW Gippsland?
Managing Director Shane is proud of his community of Gippsland, and along with his family, is involved in a number of sporting, arts and community groups. Starting out in a small business is challenging and having the support of organisations such as GROW Gippsland can be very rewarding and helpful. Shane also has a large amount of business and management knowledge that can be passed to others.
What are you doing to support local business?
The Facility Management industry is primarily Melbourne based and sees large companies tender on local industry, taking all profits from Gippsland. Guardian FPM intends on being the major FM supplier this side of Melbourne using local trades and businesses.
Why do you think it’s important to employ locally?
Employing local people is important as it keeps people from traveling for work, supplying a great work life balance and encourages them to spend in Gippsland.

As a recently new business I am proud to be supporting other local business and contractors in the region whilst servicing local business.
