Young job seekers are being given a helping hand from GROW Gippsland partner, Ladder, after they established a relationship with local Vinnies Victoria stores, offering participants work experience in retail.

Learning key aspects of the work place such as processing and pricing goods and customer service, the participants gain not only experience but confidence in themselves and their skills.
